Just had a great time with Simon at the West Fisher Winery. The wines were delicious and Simon was very friendly and knowledgeable, thoroughly recommend. Stocked up now with a number of great wines from West Fisher
Simon was a great host with a ton of knowledge. He showed us parts of the process of making English sparkling wine, and was very generous with his time. We loved his English wines, which included reds, whites, sparkling, and an apple wine. The Autumn Red was particularly special, as were the sparkling wines. Simon even let us try the first taste of a new batch of sparkling wines, which he described as 'experimental'. It was great! All wines were natural wines and vegetarian.
Lovely cheese and wine, brought a few bottle wines were delicious.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Simon was so welcoming and knowledgable and we had the best day. Would definitely recommend!
When will you be open again for wine tasting. Am missing evenings here with friends, they put on such a good evening
