Well trained staff and very helpful and friendly staff. Great location if you are having a function can hire the hall for training sessions with plenty of parking. Dell is a great asset to st John.
The EMT staff really need more training. I’m grateful they came to my assistance when needed however they failed twice to properly administer intravenous pain meds since they stabbed through my vein and into my muscle causing me quite a lot of pain. 4 days later I still have pain and bruises where they stuck me. I’ve had my blood drawn probably 100 times and never have I had such a bad and painful experience.
Staff very helpful and answer questions we ask at meetings It is a joy to be told about the new things going on
Friendly staff, first aid standards are I little behind the times..
