Just a quick pit stop on my way through, but will be back. Looked very clean and the water in the taps was nice and hot when I washed my hands after using the Ladies.

Nice and quiet campground. Heaps of space for all kinds of vehicles. Clean facilities, hot showers and friendly reception.nnNext to motorway, easy for good night's sleep so you can continue your road trip well rested.
We spent a nice night there. The facilities were not modern, but everything was clean, tidy and worked fine. A nice touch was the lovely well tended flower beds dotted around the site.nThe site Manager was a great character and I really enjoyed my chat with him.nMy only disappointment as an ex cricketer, was that this site was not now used for cricket matches? Could see that once it had been a thriving club and wondered what stories it could tell!nThe railway is close by so if you are a light sleeper you may get disturbed, but other that this site is good value and very welcoming.
Nice grounds and good shower pressure but we became quite put off by all the rules and micromanagement e.g. in the kitchen. My dad also felt hurried while in the bathroom when it was about to be cleaned. And don't bother using their toaster. You get what you pay for I guess.
