Ive been in this store quite afew times and the majority of those times have been to simply drop off and donate my goods.. unfortunately this occasion I found a little kids suit that was priced abit higher than what it was worth, hoping to make a bargain the old lady at the front counter wasnt up for negotiation and wouldn’t let $2 slide off of it.. considering the stain it had and the condition of it I left it, but I also left knowing that this store will not be receiving any future donations from me again either. Op shops are made for helping people, especially people who are dealing with hard times. Being big on donating I would rather choose a place that I know is actually for the people instead of making a profit off of things that are given for free.. St John around the corner will be my go to from now on.

We shop here very regularly! We never walk away empty handed. Low prices and always a treasure to find! They often do sales. Friendliest staff, always make you feel welcome. Clean and lots of parking available close to the building. You can spend a good amount of time here. They also have a free rack outside which is worth a look, I found my favourite jacket there. It's been voted the BEST op shop in Auckland for a reason! The only reason it probably doesn't have more reviews is because people likely want to keep it a secret.

Probably the best op shop I have been to. Consistently has high quality clothing, books, games, kitchenware etc and very reasonably priced. Make sure to follow their Facebook page as they advertise heaps of $1 clothing days on here. Most of the staff are lovely. And there is heaps of parking and they are open until 1pm on Saturdays. Feel very lucky to have this shop in our town.
