It looks very historic but actually St Andrews has been much messed around by additions yet somehow the result has increased the charm and the atmosphere of the building and churchyard. Very Epsom!
God was not there. I thought he was every where!
A beautiful Anglican Church, when visiting a night it makes one feel like it's England at Christmas. The interior wooden panel work is stunning. In my opinion this is the most beautiful church in Auckland, if not New Zealand.
The steeple on the hill! Great atmospheric, small service. Gifted, female Vicar. Welcoming, but ohhhh so much history.
Lovely old heritage building. The church community is also great - very inclusive and welcoming.
Beautifully built in the 1800's. The lead light stained windows are a work of art. Interior is still mostly of years gone by. Fantastic service for our friends send off. A day to remember for sure.
The graveyard is not that well maintained. I knew where the graves I was looking for, however I had to scratch to uncover them. Not good enough
