Devine Venkateshwara Swamy temple in LowerHutt. Very well maintained. Was lucky to visit during the special Pooja offered during the Hindu sacred month’s Saturday. Do visit the temple website for more details regarding the timings and other offerings.. Also relished the veg meal that was offered as prasadam. Temple priest and his wife were very kind. Beautiful must visit place on the foothills of wainuiomata.
A serene temple. On weekdays it function for 1.5h in the evening and on weekends functions during the day for couple of hours and about the same time in the evening as weekdays.

The temple is nice setup for a great spiritual experience bringing forward the age old timeless values on Sanatana Dharma. A must visit for people from all walks of life for blessings of the Supreme Lord. Great initiative by the Temple committee and its members. You will sure be in for a divine experience topped with tasty Indian traditional vegetarian food. The premises also has provision to host classes for Indian Languages, Music and Art.
