Spud Truck is a mobile food truck serving delicious and healthy gourmet baked potatoes.
We are based in Mount Maunganui and will be parking up at local markets but we're also available to cater for parties and weddings or any type of event you might be having.
We are 100% gluten free and can cater to most other allergies. We believe that fast food can also be healthy and everything we make is fresh and when possible we source locally.
