The Sprig & Fern Brightwater on Ellis St is a family friendly venue open from 2:00pm Tuesday through to Sunday.
Come in for a refreshing pint and a delicious pizza.
Wednesday Night 4:00pm until 8:00pm - Buy one pizza, get one half price!
Thursday Nights, come down, get a group together and have a laugh at 7:30pm at our Thursday Night Quiz every week!
Every Friday night at 5:00pm is Raffle night! Be into win a awesome meet pack.


Coming soon..... To this winter, Every Sunday nights a new hot dish! Also our famous Mulled Cider served every night! or come in and grab a pint and a pizza and sit by our log fire.

Great little pub with excellent selection of beers
Good food, beer & friendly service
Great place to go after a busy day, not too expensive but great craft brewed beer, quiz nights every Thursday at 7:30, get in quick to score a seat. Can order fish n chips from next door and ask them you're having it at the sprig. This will be a great place to go too in Nelson.
Great beer, friendly staff and good food
Not a bad little pub plenty of beers on tap anything from draft to really hoppy numbers. Generally have one new featured beer every month and 3 in October when they do dark beer month. Also do great food like pizzas and nachos but you can also get a feed from Eliss street takeaways and bring it through to the sprig to enjoy
