Great product, never enough staff to help on counters, every single time have to wait and wait in line.

Always consistent in their stock and great prices for fabrics, crafts, bedding, kitchen, bathroom, rugs, curtains, blinds and lots more. Friendly and helpful staff. Loyalty card.

Staff helpful think there could be more staff in the shop itself.

From what used to be called bric a brac to bolts of cloth by the kilometre, haberdashery, cake decorations, Venetian blinds etc etc and so forth. Even as a bloke I enjoy exploring whilst my better half finds what is needed.

Please tidy the store and do some staff development on customer service, friendliness and overall willingness to help customers with queries. Customer service goes a long way.

They seem to carry alot of stock so plenty of choice. One out of the ladies that i spoke to was helpful.

Today was the first time that the check-out lady was friendly and helpful, in fact she smiled while serving me. Thank you Jorja !!

Went in today to buy a pattern. Faab price, but i had to 'make do' with an almost what i wanted pattern. The girl who served me took ages looking through a drawer, only to tell me she had no idea where to find it... a little bit more staff training needed!
