Love this shop for all my handcraft supplies. Wool, fabric, art supplies, buttons. You name it, you will find it. Plus homewares, linen, curtains party supplies and costumes for the children. Just give yourself time to browse.

The actual shop is good and has some cool stuff but the majority of the staff are uninterested and rude. Have had multiple experiences of being obviously ignored by staff when wanting to purchase something or needing help.

I bought a duvet cover on sale a few weeks ago, checked the website this Wednesday and it showed the sale still on so I went in on Thursday to buy another and I was told it was a different sale and had to pay more. The staff weren't prepared to give it to me at the previous sale rate. Very disappointed.

Friendly customer service. I did a click and collect order with no hassles. The store could do with a good tidy up however it was just after New Years sales which could have contributed to the store being cluttered and disorganised.

Good and all sorts of cooking, craft and home decor, but quite disorganised and understaffed. Best to check online first for items before going, it gives you a chance to follow up with staff if you can't find it.
