I bought a Napoleon grill from them four years ago. I needed replacement knobs. They told me the model I purchased had been upgraded, and that they would contact Napoleon to see what can be done. After 2 months of waiting for a response, I contacted Napoleon directly. After a few minutes on the phone with them, I have a new full set of knobs coming. The original purchase was easy, the aftercare is non-existent.
We bought an The Outdoor Greatroom Company Balsam Montego Linear Gas Fire Pit Table on Amazon. Item arrived defective/used so we shipped the item back for a refund. Company received the item back but is now refusing a refund. Worst customer service ever.
Exactly what you're looking for, for your fireplace
Sold us a fireplace. Defective surround. Promised to follow up with the manufacturer and correct the defect. Twice. Then silence. Will probably need to be resolved in court. Recommend extreme caution before buying from them. UPDATE: After some additional conversation subsequent to posting this review the issue was resolved. My contacts at Spotix promised to address the admin issues that caused the problem. I am satisfied with the final results.

I just went online to search for a replacement remote setup for my gas logs and came across your video, went through the steps and voila! I previously tried cleaning and changing the batteries, no luck. I changed the dip switch and don't know, don't care, but it worked! Thank you, so much! I will definitely keep your contract info!
