I've recently had treatment for a back injury at Sports Clinic previously sportsmed. Special thanks to Vivienne Prince my chiropractor, who has done a fantastic job getting me sorted. I also had consultations with Dr John Hellemans and specialist Dr Rob Campbell who were both really helpful. I'm so happy to say that my complicated back issues have settled down with their expert treatment. I have previously found treatment in NZ plateaus and overall rehab or improvement stalls. This however is definitely not the modus operandi here! Dr Adriana Silvestre was recommended to me by a friend and her results have been incredible in a short period. She is highly informative but most important to me, effective. Lower back pain gone, shoulder, hip and ankle movement increased by amounts I didn’t think possible. All in 3 sessions! Thank you so much, I’m so grateful and glad your here and available in Christchurch , NZ.

After years of going to other places to try get my back pain sorted with no success, The staff I went to who are with Sports Clinic now were the first that got to the root of the problem, which probably wouldn’t have happened had they not been so thorough. From the get go I could see they were focused on long term solutions and helping me maintain my physical health. I go to Margie Blacklow and Adriana Silvestre. Margie for Chiropractic work to get everything back in place and Adriana to get my body moving properly again by teaching me about my body specifically muscle strength imbalances, lack of flexibility in certain muscles ect and then doing manual Physio work, Dry Needling Chiropractic ect Adriana is very knowledgeable in a lot of different therapy methods. The staff there worked together really well to sort me with the most appropriate solutions for me with multiple other injuries as well Sports Clinic is where other practitioners will refer you to if they can’t fix your injury which says a lot about the service and expertise they offer
I have had sore feet for a long time, resting, purchasing new shoes and never getting any better. A consultation with Greg Woolman and taking his lead and the pain has totally gone. I am now running more than ever without any pain or concern around my feet. Thank you Greg. AAAA++++
Sharon gave me an amazing deep tissue massage, she really hit the spots. I will definitely be back to see her. It truly was the best massage ever!!!
I'm not local but walked past on my way into town and popped in on the off chance someone could take a look at a recent injury. The staff was very helpful and my Physio, Ethan, was great. Very friendly and informative, put my mind at ease and use k-tape to stabilize my injury and relieve pain for the rest of my trip. Highly recommend!
