We have one mission. To help our participants become the best possible versions of themelves; champion them.
There are two big bits in this mission: Words of encouragement and simple, accurate information.
We can't control engagement but we can do our best to make others feel good about themselves and thier efforts.
Becoming great at something is a very simple formula - practice the simple things, often, and don't stop until you get there.
