We had a great family day at splash Palace for Easter holidays with holiday discount family 2 adults and 3 kids + one toddler $34 est cost including hydro slides it's affordable fun for big familiesnThey opened the dive boards both heights for bombs and we played happily for 3 + hours non stopnThe slides are fun . Our toddler built a lot of confidence by the end of the day ..nAlso the under 7 pool hand a mini kids obstacle blow up for him to play onnThere is loads of fun in the main poolnnThe spa and sauna was nice for the adults also to have turns relaxingnnI think it would be really cool if there was more little kid accessories for the under 7 pool to learn with and build confidence small floating devices diving toys etc would just makes this place amazing
Went to Splash Palace. The place is clean and easy to get around. Pools are okay, but it feels a little bit boring. Not much to do here, especially if you stay for a long time. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s fine for a quick swim, but not very exciting.
I utilised their sauna on a recent visit to Invercargill and found it very relaxing. The staff were amazing to help me find my clothes which I forgot the day of. Highly recommend, lovely community everyone is welcoming.
One of the worst pool experiences I’ve ever had. The lap pool at Splash Palace had faeces in the water AND on the ground next to the pool. Absolutely disgusting. The pool was closed because of it, but we were still denied a refund—even though we could not use the facility for what we paid for.nWe stepped in the waste, had to shower for hygiene reasons, and were then told this counted as “using the facilities.” What a joke. No apology, no responsibility, just excuses.nThis is not how a public facility should treat paying customers. If you care about hygiene or basic respect, go somewhere else.
Awesome aquatic centre in Invercargill. Best to buy a family pass, if going with the family. There is a warm splash/wave pool, swimming lanes, diving boards, spa, sauna and Hydro-slides. There is a cafe on site as well, but it may have different operating hours
