I had an exceptionally disappointing experience at Splash N Dash Riccarton. The premises were unacceptably dirty, with little evidence of regular maintenance or cleanliness. The wash brush was completely unusable, rendering it impossible to clean the vehicle effectively. Both the tyre/engine cleaner and presoak functions had severely inadequate water pressure, making them virtually ineffective.nnGiven these significant issues, it is clear this facility does not meet even the most basic standards for a car wash. I will not be returning and strongly suggest management address these problems immediately to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.
Nice friendly attendants on site and automatic car wash has done an ok job but unfortunately the wash arm got dangerously close to my left mirror and it ended up hitting it. I’ve never known a Laserwash car wash to do that as they’re usually good at not hitting mirrors, back tyres, etc. also the blasters didn’t even work when I went through but they worked for the car behind me
Great place to be able to give your own car a thorough wash and vacuum. We hired a car, so it couldn't be a drive-through even though there is one available if you wish
Gentleman working here on 12th Monday 3pm is fantastic, I ran out of timer with half the soap still to wash, went to withdraw coins out but he saw it and gave me extra 2 coins finish it off without any charge. He is very helpful and of course I am always heading here to wash my car.
