Fast friendly service & genuinely good coffee. Check out the painting on the back wall of the coffee gentleman creating coffee! Range of bagels at a great price and seating up the stairs. It's an unassuming spot but you can't beat the value.Service: 5/5

One of the BEST coffees you can have in central Auckland, this cafe has been around for nearly 20 years and lately it has been solely run and operated by its owner which a lovely Chinese man who really really knows how to prepare the best flat whites coffees. Try it out and you won’t regret your choice. The location is great too, sitting just outside by the footpath people watching and enjoying the lovely weather. I will always return here for my fix of coffee.

Nice location apart from the trucks unloading. Like the coffee - the guy knows how to do this, but jokes aside I have returned here several times to study early morning and teach English. Yes, customer service could improve but ultimately I only come here to drink decent coffee. This is one guy running the show so hats-off to him for staying afloat during COVID-19.

I got a mince and cheese pie for my son and I yesterday lunch time. It came out soggy and barely warm. Started feeling pretty bad a hour after. Now progressively getting worse I'm now up at 3am unsure which end to put over the toilet first. Awful.

I never normally write reviews, and normally never negative! However I received the worst customer service from spill. The employees i interacted with had absolutely no manners and the food wasn’t warm, or nice at all. Won’t be returning!

$5.50 for 3 pancakes!! sign said with strawberry didn’t even come with butter. Terrible place would not recommend going.

Good coffee and good service. There can sometimes be too many smokers on the tables but when there isn't it's a great place to have coffee.

Terrible service, horrible drinks! Don't even bother, their drinks are made using cheap instant powders that taste horrible.
