Absolutely love Spice N Light. Have ordered from here multiple times as it beats anywhere else for Indian in North Canterbury. The staff are lovely and more than happy to accommodate meal changes when necessary. Couldn't recommend more. Meals are so scrumptious and satisfying. Theres always left overs for the next day, the portions are great. 10/10
A good spot to stop at if you are passing through Woodend and have a hankering for a curry! Not the most amazing spot inside the Indian cusine category but it'll do... I always go for the Lamb Rogan Josh with a Roti flat bread on the side. The wait is quite long so would highly recommend that you order in advance via telephone :
I ordered the paneer Tikka masala, vegetable biryani and the paneer kulcha Naan. I was absolutely delighted by the generous portion sizes and the quality of this food was so beautiful. It's the best Indian food I have ever eaten. Very welcoming, friendly service, I even got a hand written note thank you note with my order.nI highly recommend Spice n light and I will be back.
