Told you guys many times about expired products on your shelves but you still act like you didn’t knew about it. You should be ashamed of yourself for having these products on shelves even after 2 years of expiry date and also using these in your boliwood restaurant
We were on a holiday in NZ South Island and wanted some Indian groceries as we have a little human with this. We found MOST of their products EXPIRED and the main person at the counter did not seem to be bothered about this...I forgot to take pictures of the food .. We then realised that the own the restaurant besides them....so all the expired stock will be used there... What if my little one would have eaten this food ? This is the reason why Indians name is spoilt everywhere. I want to escalate this to the food inspector. Can anyone guide ?
Don’t wanna give you reviews guys but this is my 3rd time always selling expired products just checked 7/2020 expired souce naughty chilli sweet chilli & garlic just bought this souce last week Friday . last time I bought sweets for rakhi and was expired even frozen products you guys selling expired. Don’t sale your products if you only have expired food plz use by own first
Everything, almost everything is expired on the shelf. Terrible. Management aware but still stock expired stock. They use the same stuff in the restaurant next door. Please someone take action.
Shop management is quite poor, no NZD price tags on products or aisles, so many expired products on shelves. Some products have fungus on them. Nobody responds or deliver online purchases.
Recently got served by Abhi new staff in the shop very well treated boy . Really appreciate his service.
Shop timing says 9am to 8pm .. i come to buy some essential groceries at 7.29pm from Cromwell which is 40min drive. But shop was closed ..then I visit the left hand side Indian restaurant... which have same employees who works in the grocery store as well " both shops oprated by the same owner" ... I asked that employee to server me with important "essential" grocery ...but he refused with rude behavior ..Not recommended. We need a decent indian grocery store in Frankton Queenstown.
Just a Rip off kind people coz they won't sell you any groceries after 7 pm even they were open online i mean they supposed to closed at 8 pm they won't serve you as they have shared bollywood restaurant. I highly recommend please dont go for these ppl don't trust even if they are open they don't care. They just said no to us not did a little favour..f..k no
Ordered online and kept following up with them for a week without any confirmation.. Person on the phone says someone else takes care of delivery , so call again the next day.. When I got hold of that person he says website is not updated, so few things you ordered is not in stock and prices of others are more than what you see on the website.. I ended up cancelling whole order.. Waste of time
They charge you for expired products and also nearly expiring products. They have the restaurant besides which is of the same owner. I wonder we eat food from expired products now. I was their good customer but now I will feel hesitant to eat and buy food there. Staff isn’t helpful at all. They try to convince that what they did is right. Pathetic experience!
