Very pleasant online shopping experience! I ordered some sunglasses online that were unfortunately out of stock. The Spex team were quick to let me know, even providing me with alternative options. In the end I chose to stick with my original order to which they gave me an ETA which was accurate! as they had to be shipped from their supplier. Once my package arrived it was wrapped very nicely and even included lens cleaner and a handwritten thank you note! I always appreciate it when businesses focus on the small details - it makes the whole shopping experience that much better. Thanks Spex team!
Absolutely horrible experience. Was treated like I couldn’t afford to be there by the older woman working there after I’d asked if it was possible to price match another store. She made multiple offhand comments, insinuating that I couldn’t afford to buy the sunglasses and made it seem like it was a hassle to serve me. The younger girls working there were lovely and I’m sorry that they missed out on the sale. Will never be coming back here and would recommend avoiding the racist old woman!
Young sales lady was wonderful and helpful but can’t say the same for the older sales lady. She was rude, passive aggressive and treated me like I didn’t belong in the shop. Will never support store because of her attitude.
Great price and communication and super quick delivery from the Napier store. There was a note in the box which was a very nice touch. I know where I'll be shopping for my new sunnies next time.
Bought sunglasses online and not only received my purchase: it was carefully wrapped to survive the trip, arrived quickly and had the most amazing customer service before/after! Team is very thoughtful, quick on their responses, polite and attentive. Saved on my favorites!
So, I came here and told the staff I wanted sunglasses. They ask a few questions about what style I liked, what price, and I didn't really know. As I was trying on sunglasses the noted which ones I was trying on and would occasionally offer me ones that were similar that weren't on display. Eventually, after about 10-15 minutes of trying glasses on and chatting, they eventually found the perfect ones for me! They even let me go outside and see how they go in the sun before purchasing! So overall, the customer service I experienced was top notch! I found great sunglasses for a great price, and while I was trying on glasses they gave me some ideas of where we could visit in Napier I had mentioned we were visiting Highly recommend.

Extremely helpful staff who made us feel relaxed and we very much enjoyed purchasing some rather pleasing eyewear. The girls went to some effort over two days to find the type of Ray Bans style I was wanting. Well worth visiting this store for great eyewear.

A great selection of glasses including sunny with dark lenses for sensitive blue eyes. Ask for Terri Coats, she has a wonderful eye for frames that are both stylish and flattering to your face.
