Spencer Beach Holiday Park

Wow, this place wasn't full, but it is a hugh place... some new facilities and worth a night or 2 as its not too expensive like the top 10 parks... great fun for the kids!!

This is our last stop before our trip back home. The best place as far as amenities go. All very clean. Easy check in too. Very large place with lots to do nearby. Quiet too. Very close to Christchurch too.

Huge campground, lots of space for the kids to roam, especially as quieter winter-time. The accommodation was lovely and clean and the staff very friendly. Exciting to see some new developments happening. Hired the pedal-karts, played mini-golf, visited the birds and spent hours at the bouncy pillow - the kids had a blast!

Used to come here as a kid. Its massive, basic and still fun.

Massive camp site. Facilities are a bit dated and shower is not great but great playground for kids

Lovely park, very nice staff, great icecream selection.

Good location but very large site with aging facilities. It does look like they are building a new facilities block though. We switched sites when the one we were allocated was a bit sloping. Strange for a costal park but there you go. Showers take a long time to warm up due to long pipe runs, choose with care to get hot faster.
