What an amazing tour. So much better than the big commercial ones. You raft for over 20 minutes, with your helmet torches off, with the glowworms above looking like the Milky Way. Stunning. Norm was a great host too.
Amazing amazing tour. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Norm is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable guide that makes the whole trip interesting and attractive. He knows all about the caves but also the history of the whole land. Reasonable price and stunning trips. Nice coffee and yummy cookies. Well worth it! Highly recommend!!!
Friendly and knowledgable local driver/guide showed our group through two excellent caves, one via inflatable to see masses of glowworms and the other to see the underground formations, impressive. The trip took around 3 hours, a nice coffee and biscuit was offered midway. Excellent value for money.

An absolutely amazing tour! I thoroughly enjoyed this. Customer service was consistent throughout the tour. Would definitely recommend! Tour guide was super nice and a classic kiwi with his jokes. He was easy to listen to and I enjoyed the entire experience 5 stars
Wow amazing tour to see the Glowworms and caves. Well worth the money. Thousands of glowworms light up the ceiling and are really close so you can see them properly. Small group and informative guide. If you want to have a fantastic experience then choose Spellbound. We will be back.
This was such a fabulous experience from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and it was excellent value for money too. Norm, our tour guide was excellent, made everything easy and was incredibly interesting to listen to - full of all sorts of interesting info. I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family.
