Not a good experience. No privacy - felt rushed- too much hard up selling. I ended up not purchasing any glasses which wasn't the plan. I don't recall all of this stuff happening on my previous visit.
Nice spacious place. Very helpful staff. Optometrists explain what they are testing etc.
The staff are cold and have no customer service skills and were only interested in a hard sell and went to all extremes to get a sale whilst offering limited help. This is the WORST optometrist I've ever been to and will never return to a Specsavers nor could I recommend them. Avoid them at all costs.
Delighted great service Grant was fun, helpful and patient finding the right glasses for me. Karena did my fitting and once again really good, careful to get it right and easy to talk too. :
Incredible service, the staff are brilliant all around and not bad to look at. Knowledgeable and friendly, and prices are the best you'll get in New Zealand in my experience. Definitely don't go anywhere else for your eye care.
