My glasses broke, the morning of my friends wedding. I was a bridesmaid so I couldn’t  go get them fixed until the next day. So I went straight to my local Specsavers, the day after, where I met Genna. A lovely lady with a big beautiful smile, who offered to replace them for free for me. I’m still in shock and forever grateful for the kind, helping hand. Thank you Specsavers for hiring amazing staff & Genna, for going above and beyond for me.

Very good service today when I went in to pick up my glasses. I was served by Janice who was very polite and patient. Alice and Chloe were the two ladies who conducted my eye exams and sorted my glasses. They were both very polite and helpful,nothing was a problem. I have been going there for some time now and had no problems.

I had trouble with my new glasses and was in a panic as I am heading overseas in a few days and need my new glasses. Chloe the store manager and a number of her staff were absolutely fantastic and nothing was a problem. I cant praise their customer service enough. I just love my new glasses and they are just perfect and arrived 4 days before my trip!! Thanks so much everyone at Specsavers you are all amazing!!

I received exceptional service from Genna Morrison at Specsavers Hornby.  She was thorough, professional, and gave me superb advice in choosing a suitable frame, and adjusting the frame to sit comfortably on my face.  Genna certainly knew her stuff. My husband and I both had eye exams this morning with Alice and Rich, both were very kind and professional throughout. The young lady Genna who helped us choose our glasses frames was also outstanding. What a great experience!

I saw Lachlan for an eye test, chat about a contacts trial and getting signed off to be able to renew my drivers license. He took his time in explaining things and options. Chloe was super helpful in helping choose some frames. Great service and communication from the team.

I had an amazing experience at Specsavers recently when sorting my annual glasses. The staff member who served me, Tammie, went above and beyond to help me and made my experience nothing less than perfect! Cathy was amazing!! She helped me a lot with patience and gave me very useful advices about choosing a frame. She is such a professional and wonderful staff and highly recommend!!!

I am very anxious when I need eye tests and I am really happy to say that Tammie made me feel relaxed before I actually saw the optometrist with the pre testing and was excellent in helping me with choosing new frames for new glasses. A great asset to the store
