Went back today to pick up my glasses. Was a much more pleasant experience, Thank you for your help.
Poor service and no interest in customers that won’t go down the 500 Dollars plus road. Didn’t even receive a call to say my glasses had arrived. After 3 plus weeks rung them and was informed they had been there for 3 days. Won’t be back as there are other options in Whakatane
Ended up staying in whakatane and I didnt have my contacts, popped into specsavers on the off chance of buying some, and the lovely man, gave me 5 days worth to see me through at no charge. Thank you
A pretty long wait as it was busy, but the staff were nice. Prices are high as expected, but quality is fantastic.
Thank you Specsavers Whakatane for adjusting my glasses yesterday,I was told by my other optometrist in Rotorua, sorry about that, so I assumed they were no good.I am now able to wear them again thanks to Whakatane Specsavers, you guys are fantastic.
