Charlotte was amazing at helping us choose the right pet for us. Very knowledgeable and had a great connection to all the animals we met. Amazing service. We adopted a pup from Welly SPCA. Really enjoying Rockys personality previously known as Pugsley. The staff are so lovely and very helpful if you have questions.
We adopted Soup 3 weeks ago, it was love at first sight and the feline team made sure that she was ready to come home with us with all the essentials she needed. Thank you for giving us the time to hang out with her because it became very obvious during those moments we had to adopt her then and there. Smoothest process ever and honestly so happy. Thank you team !!!
Girl or ladies on front desk were so helpful and kind.the young lady that came out home to help with my wild cats was so lovely and helpful .she knew I was abit upset with the cats but she explane everything great and was so calm which calm me down. I want to thank you guys all from the bottom of my heart my mum use feed the wild cats for over 30 years.ive just carries it on.
