EDIT: To the reply given to me. Yes I was told you had to be 18 and I said “I am not 18 yet my birthday is in less than 2 weeks but my partner is over 18. Then when I asked if we could book an appointment to adopt I was simply told “no” with a snappy attitude after being given more judgy looks just after seeing her treat others with good customer service. We were told no as we had a cat and the kitten I was interested in apparently did not do well with other cats even though her cage and online statement said she adores other cats. I asked if we could possibly let the 2 meet and see if they’d get along and was told again with a snappy attitude “no because this is about her not your cat” I had also mentioned I was looking to adopt as my partners cat has been down ever since mine had passed away.nnMe and my partner have tried to adopt 2 cats from here now, both shy ones as we find they need homes more than friendlier ones as they get homes easier. Both times we’ve been told no and she’s given us judgy looks and eye rolls. We live a quiet lifestyle with our only cat as my one had been killed after being run over a few weeks ago. Very disappointed with how we’ve been treated.
Unexpectedly gifted a parcel to help me feed a rescue dog for a week likely more. Thank you so much. He's such an amazing dog & Puppy thanks you also.
Quite shocking that the staff will protect the identity of animal abusers. Are you actually trying to help others, or just protecting your own self interests?????????????
