Our Blaze stayed for 2 weeks and we had not long lost our big girl that Blaze had grown up with. We were concerned how she'd cope in the kennels without her sister. Blaze loved it, and one staff member even "loved" our girl and called her, "her favourite". Very reasonable price at $17.00 per day for our dog. We were highly recommended to use SPCA and were thrilled we did.
It has been one year since Randal moved to Oamaru. He feels free and comfortable in his new home and wants to say Thank you to all the members of Timaru Centre team for looking after him. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all! ***** Now it's 2 years since Randall moved in with us. And he knows well who is the BOSS here! He still remembers fondly his Timaru Center carers. Friendly staff who are great with anxious pet parents boarding dogs for the first time. Clean well equipped facilities, very reasonable rates.
The staff are wonderful, particularly Sarah, who helped our adoption of Mae formerly Mae and Wanda formerly Viera. The facilities are amazing!
Our veterinarian recommended SPCA Timaru for boarding my dog and parrots. All were very well taken care of. Reasonably priced. Very happy with the services provided and will be using them again in the future.
I live at a holiday park in timaru and we have had a stray cat issue for a while now. I have been informed that the owners of the park have reached out to the spca to help get the cats out of the camp safely as they are causing problems with the animals who live at the camp, and the spca has refused to help due to stray cat issues confusing because the issues we need help with are the ones theyre saying they need to do but they aren't actually doing. Only today my cat was attacked by one of the strays and he cannot open one of his eyes. We adopted our cat from the spca and every time he has gone back there he has come home traumatized, which gives me concerns of what happens while he's there.
My dog appears happy to go an happy to come home. Kennels all spotless and staff very pleasant. Cost very good.
Really look after your animals well. They take them out for a walk every day. Have no worries about leaving our Chaos again, thanks guys
