Katie was an awesome representative of the SPCA and had the animals best interests at heart while working with my children and I towards adoption. The boys and their puppy are very happy at home.
Very unfriendly apart from Rebecca. Extremely judgy and offered terrible advice. Even spoke to a lady about euthanizing an old cat in front of me I nearly cried as they were so blase about it. They have no idea on desexing and the link between early desexing and bone development. I prefer Huha to SPCA. Rude, unfriendly ladies yesterday. Change your staff or be friendlier.
Thought I’d give this shop another go, but like usual, not a word from the staff, not even a hello, they just sit behind the counter and scroll, this type of presence sends customers away.
Fantastic place, hreat staff, we got a beautiful kitten from here.
Found my gorgeous little man to add to our spca family. Very happy.
