Dropped off lost kitten today. Excellent service at reception and my little kitten due to meet up with siblings. Wonderful. Merry Christmas to staff.

I phoned them regarding a cat the previous home owners left here. They told me in their eyes it is my cat now. I explained that I have my own cats and they keep on attacking her and that I cant keep her and they told me it is my responsibility to re home her. I thought the spca was here to help animals, they have not been helpfull at all. Poor service

I was impressed by how easy the staff were to deal with, friendly and practical, they were very professional. The animals were cared for and had clean cages and exercise areas, highly recommended

Called in to donate some items, friendly people but didn’t see anything besides the office.

Picked up our kitten here and got all set up for taking cat home. Staff brilliant and care advice excellent.

Lovely place and great staff, very happy with the kitten, has settled in well, he has lot's of toys
