My four year old Weetbix died yesterday euthanized to put out of misery. It was sad, I was expecting her as pet family for ten years. Cats choose their owners, and dogs are chosen by owners. Cats are haughty, self grooming and I do love cats. They also continually hunt, our newest cat Bella bringing lizards home. Pets are well loved.nNext week we are moving to Remeura with the yard for cat, trees a foremost rental requirement, happier, not fighting in Herne Bay with bigger territorial cats.nEmpathetic with higher sensitivity, attuned to humans emotions, a cat purring makes a lot of difference.nIt was unfortunate that I never knew Weetbix was in such cruel mangled state of shock and hurt unbearable when SPCA called me yesterday. We had not seen each other for a year.nMy former flatmate stole her, she was a middle class England woman with solo mother in her early 30s in severe disrepute from extreme addiction to Coca Cola even with a tall handsome boyfriend,. Her mother funding most of her living expenses and Coca Cola, uber eats every night, it was the worst flatmate who was not like this upon moving in. Why attract me I wondered having rented for 33 years? Im health conscious, no drugs. But my ex lover from Scotland of 15 years was a secret addict, now being legally resolved for my financial legal compensation and world media publicity with new law. He attempted to murder his Aristocratic Dad out of spite and I had ended the relationship by then. Addicts cannot love their mother enough, trauma, whatever reason, maybe it's their DNA. Awesome team, we had brought our boy 3 weeks ago and he has grown so much. His siblings love coming home to him everyday as he waits at the door. Thank you Hobsonville SPCA for our new edition to our whanau
We recently adopted a 1+yo cat as we are pensioners and prefer older cat to love and care for. Hobsonville SPCA allowed us to be introduced to our darling new tabby cat who has settled beautifully into our home and hearts. All the staff were so professional and knowledgeable and guided us through all the processes to adopt and care for Autry Autumn. They took time with us explaining innoculations and various treatments to follow-up on. The premises are clean and inviting for any pet. We would recommend any pet lover to make a time to visit their warm, inviting premises.

My wife and I bought these 2 boys Jack and Joey one year ago from this site. We fell in love with them as soon as met them. From kittens to one year old cats they’ve grown a lot. They are still great friends and are often cuddling together. They’re so friendly with other people. Thanks so much SPCA for all your work.
