I've gone to Spayds for 3 years now and they've never let me down, very fair pricing and incredibly helpful. Often I'll go in saying I want to spend around $30 or $60, or whatever and they always hit it within a few dollars and give fantastic bouquets! I'd never go anywhere else.
We chose Spayd's for landscaping around the house, and a newly placed shed. Our designer, Heather Kaiser was awesome to work with. Not only did we like her design, but she was very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. The three man crew assigned to install the plants were also great to work with Reese, Ryan, and Andy We had a total 84 plant, shrubs, and trees installed along with hand edging of beds, and they completed this in 3 days. They exceeded my expectations when they watered any placed plants on day 2, and then again at the end of the entire project on day 3. They even momentarily stopped to play with our 1 year old Lab, Bailey. A great experience all the way around - from the people to the end result! Kudos to Spayd's for their professionalism and selecting great employees! We are very pleased with our completed landscaping project!
It is hard to give an accurate review because we had 2 opposite experiences with Spayds. For the holidays we had pots and greens done and they were beautiful. They were a bit expensive, but statement work, and very nice. We then wanted some landscaping done. That project did not get off the ground. I called and talk to the owners, and expressed our project was not going well and asked if we could apply our deposit to our summer pots and revisit the landscaping next year. They declined my request stating it was 2 different departments. The quotes and pricing for the landscape project were not matching up and the relationship was just not a good fit. I requested for our $1000 deposit back and they declined.
Unreal experience... Came to buy a used vehicle off of the owner and was told the van was in great shape. I let them know I was driving over 1.5hrs to take a look so I insisted on a phone call to clarify the condition and history of the van. When I get there I find out it has a transmission that won't shift into 3rd. As a business owner myself I can't believe that they would carelessly have me waste 4hrs of my day coming out look. Really disappointing to have my time wasted by someone's carelessness. And only to see that the price on the listing changed as soon as I left from 3600 to 1500 the second I left. Absolutely nothing good to say about the way these people treated the situation.
