Soy & Ginger (Titirangi)

Have been a fab for years and just bought a bowl after a long hiatus. They’ve gone downhill sadly. Received a half full rice bowl and four small bits of overcooked salmon. Total salmon weighed 74g. Far too much wasabi and the slaw was old and brown. Won’t be going back

Absolutely gutted!! I’ve been a customer of Soy and Ginger for a while, today I came in for my usual grilled salmon bowl and got given half a serving. I only found out once I was at home and cannot go back to ask what happened. What a rip off

I have eaten here a few times in the past and the food has been amazing and fresh. Tonight however, disappointed and frustrated receiving 2 orders of burnt chicken for my son and I. Tried breaking off burnt bits to salvage meal but the entire thing was just inedible

Not bad - good quality, fast and fresh! We ordered via Uber Eats and it arrived cold could be delivery, could be restaurant, could just be delivery Donburi … but no denying it was fresh, quality ingredients and really well made rice. The sauces were heavy handed and cloying - like way too sweet and no rice left clean. The proteins are a bit small but the prices are decent. Generally a healthy fast choice.

This was my first time ordering, and I have to say I’m really impressed! The delivery was smooth and on time, and the food arrived hot and fresh. The meal itself was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, generous portions, and beautifully prepared. Everything tasted just right, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend to anyone wanting great food and reliable service.
