Awesome service. Friendly crew helped us access some of the best riding in NZ. Thursday night fav outing.

Unfortunately this was probably the most unfriendly of all shuttle services I've used across NZ, Australia, USA and Canada. Don't expect a smile or friendly chat, the service is merely a bus service, don't expect any advice on how to strap your bike onto their trailer or trail riding recomendations. On the day I rode, one poor girl's bike wasn't tied on properly, fell off and went underneath the trailer which bent a wheel and scratched up her forks, she missed out on the morning runs waiting for repairs. Other shuttle services I've used do a quick diligence check especially on the first run to make sure people know how to use their tie down system. It seems that this company has the monopoly on this trail network, more competition is needed.

When you don't want to ride to the top, the shuttle service is the next best thing! So lucky to have this on my back doorstep. Thanks team, keep up the good work!
