We fid NOT go into the Casino. We did stay overnight in the semi parking lot. The lot is patrolled throughout the night. If you have a camper the security may give you better parking at the front of the casino. We were unable to go to the front, because we had a dog.
Place was much better than i expected. I was really surprised at how nice it is. Staff was great and rooms also. I have stayed in hotels a lot more expensive that were not nearly as good as the rooms in this hotel. Food really good also. Cannot speak higher of the staff, including the casino staff, everyone friendly and courteous. Will stay here from now on when I go to Memphis. I been in a lot of hotels, try this place you wont be disappointed.
Magnificent views Stayed on floor 20 Made it just in time for my birthday, day after Mothers day. Had lunch at the New restaurant inside the Casino. The food was awesome also tried the New cocktail menu. Drinks were steep but they were so refreshing and packed a bit of a punch. We didn't mind, as we were staying overnight in the hotel. Everything was great. Better than the billboards and tv ads.
Rooms and casino were surprisingly nice. Prettiest casino we've been to. The food, however Fry House, took 30 minutes for two gross sandwiches. The room also only had one bath towel and one wash cloth and we were told they wouldn't have more to stock until the morning. Front desk staff were good.Rooms: 5/5
Spent $89 for two at The Kitchen and there was no food out and it wasn’t being restocked. I’m sure if it was shift change or what, but someone should have made sure the food kept flowing. There were sooooo many empty serving dishes or food that had been out so long a thick layer had developed on top of it. And to think this was my Father’s Day meal. So much for that! The setting however is really inviting and comfortable Food & drinks: Spent $89 for two at The Kitchen and there was no food out and it wasn’t being restocked. Wow! Pleasantly surprised when I went looking for BBQ on a Thursday night and stumbled on this brand new casino just a few miles across the bridge & west of downtown Memphis. HUGE space with new everything! The casino is well designed with a good number of table games each with their own TV so you can watch a game too and like most casinos, a ridiculous number of slot machines…. There is a MASSIVE screen for sports gambling with a lounge chair area that was comfy but should be roped off to prevent random people from walking in front of you all the time. There are multiple restaurants with one open late, multiple bars, and LED lighting on the ceiling that is aesthetically phenomenal and mesmerizing…! The people working there were super nice - very friendly - and though the bartenders were a little green on their mixed drinks knowledge, they still knew the basics. Speaking of, the bar is literally stocked with everything imaginable though most people just ordered a “Miller lite” or “white wine”. You can also order from a table BUT be prepared to stay there and wait a half hour for drink and your ID to be returned. I chose to go get my own after that. I was told the night I went wasn’t busy but it was definitely still hopping well past midnight. I managed to win a few hundred bucks at Blackjack in a couple hours! Although I only got to experience the casino - this hungry guy can’t wait to go back to see the hotel and experience the restaurants - and maybe win some more cash on the side as well.
They really stepped up everything 200%. Nice job people! What was to What it is now, really really nice. Had a room on 23 floor, amazing! Really nice rooms. The all you can eat crab legs & buffet excellent. Left there twice on way full belly. Never ate the rest of the nite, thumbs-up, I will return.Rooms: 5/5
My husband and I arrived about 9pm to check in our room for our 2 night stay and the room that we were assigned had cleaning solution left in the bathroom and it was never cleaned 1ST problem… then we went to the Season’s Cafe which was good the first day we had breakfast which I thought was good , but they took 30 minutes to bring my pancakes that went with my meal 2ND problem, so we slept in and went to late lunch and I ordered the worth the wait chicken which was good but the sides were not delivered when my food was ready, after she brought my sides which was collard greens and black eye peas they literally poured them out of the can and warmed them. I have pics to prove it. They could’ve just said we are out of those and been done, but I think that’s horrible service and the waitress didn’t apologize just acted as if she didn’t really care as she was ready to get off work.
Nicest hotel in area! I stay in this town often for work and no other hotel compares. It is clean, modern & excellent water pressure in shower! We paid $87/night on a Tuesday. Most dining options were not available and are only open on weekends, so plan accordingly for meals. No coffee on the room but they offer coffee for purchase in lobby.
Took my family to Southland for the afternoon while in town. The place is new looking and clean with no smoke smell. The food was good and the ushers were very pleasant when we needed assistance. Only issue is that none of us came home with any winnings.Service: 4/5
