Anthony was our sales men and he was amazing! He showed us all the campers we wanted to look at which was a lot. He answered all our questions. When we decided to make the purchase he let his look at the one we really liked again. The buying process was fast and easy.
We drove nearly 4 hours to get to Southern RV and I must say it was worth every mile. Peter was fantastic start to finish. Peter made sure that any questions, concerns, or requests that we had were fully addressed and ensured we were fully informed and confident in our decision along the way. We had been to 4 dealerships before we went to Southern RV sand none of them could hold a candle to Southern RV in customer service or value. I wholeheartedly recommend doing business here and we love our new Stratus RV!
Great experience dealing with them. Peter Diaz was fantastic from start to finish. We live 3.5 hours away and spoke over the phone to make a deal for us to come look at the RV. They are upfront about pricing. Other dealerships try to sell you on monthly pricing without telling you the overall sale price, Southern RV told us exactly what the price was. Every question was answered with a human aspect, not a salesman aspect. What they sold us was exactly what they advertised. We had been shopping for almost a year, and had found great dealerships, this one was the best. I would absolutely do business with them again. Thanks again Peter!!!
We went to S.R.V. today and they told us we could go out on the lot to look at their used campers. We found one that we wanted and then went back inside to talk price. The lady at the front desk said that the sales manager, which was Peter, would be with us soon, and he was. He invited us into his office and we discussed figures and he gave us a very good price. He was very gracious and kind and very good to deal with. We will definitely go back here for any camper needs.
My experience from start to finish was phenomenal. Mr. Anthony Ortiz was so patience and available to answer all my questions. I got the one I wanted and he went beyond to make sure that I did. The process was simple. I received a full tutorial from Austin who was amazing as well. As a first time rv owner I highly recommend this place ask for Anthony.
We bought a travel trailer from Jill and she could not have been more accommodating. We had our mind made up going in but we changed our mind and she was very patient and found one my wife and I both liked. She took us thru the financing and we got the camper we really wanted. She answered all our questions even the silly ones and made our day great. We drove 100 miles to shop here and I would highly recommend going that far or more to come here. Everyone we dealt with was great .
All members of the staff that we came in contact with from the front desk to sales, finance and service department have all been professional at the same time friendly. Special thanks to Jill in sales, Austin who did the walk through, Eric in finance and Peter in Service who were very accommodating and patient as they attended to our needs.
Jill Foster assisted us in choosing our new Jayco. Jill was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the various different makes and models were of great importance to us during our selection process. Eric processed our paperwork and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all financial aspects of our purchase. Jonathan informed us of our next steps for final delivery and future maintenance procedures. We thank our new friends at Southern RV for their hospitality and kindness.
Jill Foster and Eric and others whose names we didn’t remember we’re so professional and PATIENT with aaaalllll of our questions. We pick up our camper 3/11 and have been texting with Jill almost daily with more questions and she has always addressed each and every concern. If she doesn’t have an answer she gets one and gets back to us. We are confident about our purchase and are encouraging our friends to use Southern RV to purchase their camper
I had a great experience with Southern RV. This is my first time buying a camper and had no idea where to start. Calli and Eric really went above and beyond by taking time to help me find my perfect camper!
