Very good vets, personal and experienced. Highly recommend.
Tina the vet was amazing and explained things very clearly. The receptionists were very friendly as well.
My dog Peppa was treated to the very best, although the other dogs may not have liked her whining barks South Wairarapa Veterinary Services fixed her broken leg! It was not cheap but for great care and wonderful job at fixing it every dollar I spend was well worth it!
We couldn't have asked for better care for Hazel for her speying. It is always worrying when our fur babies have issues or operations, but the nurses and vets took great care and gave her lots of pats while recovering. Hazel and I also had a post op discharge chat to make sure of a good recovery. Thanks SWVS
Cat was very sick, lethargic, withdrawn/in pain, off food, and vomitted each day, for more than 48 hours. Took to this clinic to be seen. First up, weren't allowed in consult room as have mask exemption, which made it very hard for good communication for a proper consult, also meant could not see what was being examined. Secondly, very rushed appointment, very blazay/rushed out the door, asked minimal questions, did not read prior clinical notes and offered no real clinical advice and simply told he seemed fine and given an anti nausea injection and told to monitor. Absolutely no further investigation or diagnostics were done on a clearly sick cat. Unhappy with no real treatment being done, I took him to the Masterton clinic, who the vet there, actually did proper diagnostics. Turns out, my cat was in severe Acute renal failure!!! He had some of the most shocking blood results the vet had seen!!! Acute renal failure is time crucial....had the Carterton clinic cared about animal welfare as much as they do about masks, he most definitely would not have suffered for longer than he should have and potentially may still be alive now, having got the treatment needed sooner. he suffered more than he should have and is now dead because of the Carterton clinic's negligence through lack of client and proper patient investigation and care.
