The South Malvern Miners CC is based at the Glentunnel domain and territory covers the towns of Glentunnel, Whitecliffs, Coalgate, Hororata and Windwhistle
The South Malvern Miners cricket club are a small country club 30mins west of Christchurch in the Canterbury foothills and play at the very pictureresque Glentunnel domain. The Miners currently have 1 senior team which plays in the premier Canterbury country one day competition and is combined with Darfield. The Miners also have 4 junior teams which play in the Ellesmere junior section.
