Really bad service, I have called them a few times for my medical report but it has been 2 months now and I still haven't got my report.
Had an awful experience with Derrick. He didn't listen to my symptoms, misdiagnosed me and made my condition worse. Do not go to him.nDoctor Lolita was wonderful though. She is very professional and treats her patients with respect and care. I recommend her for women's health issues.
Very disappointed having experience with South City Medical Centre. There were number of reasons for that such as: unprofessionalism of GP's which caused way longer treatment of disease, unreasonable raising prices for follow up consultations which were unfair and at the end of the day they simply kicked us out and refused to see us again. Further on when we've enrolled to another centre and South City Centre was obliged to transfer our data files we realized that some of our follow up reports were messed up by critical mistakes and even some laboratory tests which were made were not in database at all.nHonestly recommend for everyone who is considered about their health to avoid this Centre. Seems that this guys are looking just for money and are unable to provide professional treatment as well as able to kick you off to another centre at any stage once you'll become a bit of a hard case.
Had to go here for work medical. Was ten minutes early for my apt. Surely if people van be early we can expect to be seen within 15 mins of time. Not 2 hiurs later. Told dr not amused. He made remark that man before me had sad problems. Told him to delegate as was a dictor walking around. Nurse extremely rude. Made comment to someone that was sick of doing these work related things. Even tho door was shut evey word vould be heard. For a medical practice contracted to freezing works and prob getting well paid, service is piss poor. Would not recommend this practice.
The staff here on the desk are rude and have a habit of losing your enrollment forms. The doctors dont like being questioned or challenged also very often misdiagnosed. They dont take complaint seriously. I have been misdiagnosed for something that was serious and when I questioned doctors I was threatened on 2 occasions. Dont go to this practice
