Learning to fly with the South Canterbury Aero Club has exceeded my expectations in every way on my journey to obtain my PPL. The club has a great culture, which is friendly and inviting. Both the instructors and club members are always encouraging and committed. We are lucky to have such a professional training establishment here in South Canterbury which I am proud to be a part of. The highlight so far is taking to the sky solo on my birthday for the first time, an achievement I am particularly proud of.
