Sarrah has recently completed a Doula training workshop with Birthworks International.
A Doula is a birth attendant who offers emotional, physical and spiritual support before, during and after labor for the expectant mother and father. Her role is to be present for the entire birth allowing the mother to feel safe and confident in her natural ability to give birth.
With Sarrah's background in Yoga, Massage and Belly dancing she has a wide range of skills to offer during pregnancy and a calm and nurturing presence during birth.
