Sonya Bell is an internationally experienced mobile Makeup Artist.

Trained in fashion, film, TV and SPFX, Sonya enjoys working in all aspects of the makeup industry. Previously working in Paris, Sonya was a key makeup artist for MTV and Canal+ TV Studios. She was employed by modelling and talent agencies for fashion shoots and promotional videos and was chosen to work for MAC Cosmetics Paris flagship store. Sonya has worked on runway shows, in theater and beauty pageants. She has enjoyed making countless brides look and feel beautiful on their special day and is excited to bring her skills back to New Zealand.

Sonia is the most phenomenal make up artist you will come across! She did my make up for my engagement and wedding and I haven’t stopped using her since! Me and my guests were absolutely blown away with the beautiful hair style and flawless bridal makeup look. Recently, Sonia did my make up beautifully for two reception parties, it’s great to know I can always place my trust in her to do a fantastic job. She makes me look stunning and feel very confident which I do not often say!. Sonia has a very calm approach, she remains professional and focussed on perfecting makeup to the finest details. Amazing! Outstanding! Fantastic!  Sonia truly is an amazing MUA who is able to showcase her skills based on your facial features. She created a look beyond my expectations for me and my family. We used Sonia for Hair and party makeup for 2 different events and both days she was brilliant with her work. Professional and knows what she is doing, she will recommend colours to use according to outfits and features but will also take into account clients demand and what they want equally. There were 7 of us and everyone was happy on both occassions with her work, so will recommend her to every1. She is freindly and punctual also and found her to be quick compared with others used in past.
