Solara Adjustable Patio Cover

I purchased a DYI "extruded" commercial quality cover from Solara directly. While the initial quality of the product appears very good, the willingness of the employees, specifically the manager to support you after the purchase is abysmal. excluding the reception/administration person Lily who did what she could I gave 0 stars for the customer support after the purchase and 5 stars for the initial quality of the product. If you do decide to buy, make sure you immediately unpackage every single piece and thoroughly inspect it carefully, because after 14 days you are on your own, no support, no concessions, nothing, even if the damage is clearly caused while the product was in their possession. Sad a company doesn't look further into the future for sales and only focuses on the here and now. Not sure how this company is going to make it long term, based on the current customer service philosophy.

We had your company install our patio cover years ago and now we cannot get support from your team to fix the motor. Your company shipped us a new motherboard and remote and told us good luck with the installation. This is nonsense! We expected better service. We want some in San Diego, CA to fix this issue. We shouldn't have to do this or pay someone else hundreds of dollars to do what your company is responsible for!

The owner is a thief. I did the floors in a house he bought and he haven't paid me yet. He still owes me $3800, my crew and me completed the amazing work 4 months ago and the guy is running away from me. His name is Nadav Razon. Be careful with this thief.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. Their customer service is awful and staff turnover is very quick. The owner is a complete moron who has no interest in running a business. They have a great product but I'll never buy from them again. Try Apollo Louvered Systems, or Equinox, but stay away from these clowns.

Customer Service is Horrible!! Processing and Delivery Horrible!! Unfortunately, I don't have a single good thing to say About Solara Patio Covers, based on our last purchase from this guys. Took our money, and the delivery time was crazy long, and When it did finally get here was damaged! And customer service is not there to help. I would not recommend...

Excellent quality. First used them almost two years ago and everything has held up perfectly. Hired them again a week ago to do some extra work. Love the shades!
