Just got new bathroom installed by DJE Bathrooms. Dee had suggested we chat to Eddie @ Soaks regarding products. Eddie was very helpful with design of bathroom and helped us choose high quality products within our budget . All ordered items were delivered on time by a friendly guy from Soaks. Dee worked hard to maximise the space in our small bathroom. All his team and the plasterer he organised arrived on time and completed work to a high standard. This was done at a competitive price. We are delighted with our brand new bathroom.

We started on the Self Build journey a year and a half ago. Our business installs renewable energy systems and we often take on the full heating and plumbing installation in one off houses. When fitting sanitary ware in customers houses there are frequent issues with items arriving damaged to site, items missing, no delivery dockets etc. On any projects we were involved in with Soaks supplying the bathroom equipment these issues never arose. We visited a couple of other bathroom showrooms before heading to Soaks and felt the staff did not have the passion or knowledge for what they were selling. When we arranged to meet Eddie at Soaks we were very impressed with his knowledge and the designs he put forward for our three wet rooms. He absolutely nailed it. Everyone that comes to visit our new house comments on the bathrooms. When it came to the goods being delivered on site, Colin was first class. Each item was clearly labelled for each wet room it was going into and not one item was missing. The whole service from start to finish was first class. The quality of goods supplied are top drawer which are designed to last a lifetime. To summarise if one company is more expensive than their competitors their is often a very good reason for this.

Soaks is great! I definitely recommend them. However, do NOT use Soaks’ recommended fitters P&C Complete Bathroom Renovations! We bought two bathrooms from Soaks. Soaks sourced us some of the best bathroom products on the market and provided excellent customer service. However, we went with P&C Complete Bathroom Renovations to fit everything, as they were recommended by Soaks. It turned out to be a mistake. P&C delayed starting work for months, they did quick work leaving out quite a lot of what we asked for, and then left the job unfinished despite having paid them in full, leaving us with leaking taps, unfinished bathrooms and potentially mounting bills for new fitters to come in. Avoid P&C Bathrooms! Soaks, in contrast, have provided excellent customer service promising to help us to solve this issue with P&C Bathrooms, despite the fact that P&C are independent contractors, completely independent of Soaks, demonstrating further Soaks attention to their customers. My advice: buy from Soaks, find your own professional fitters or at least do not use recommended fitters without researching them thoroughly first.

I went to Soaks to get a new bathroom combi tap for my bath. I'm sorry I didn't get the gentleman name but he was fantastic helping me out. He was so helpful. He didn't have any to show me in store as he said most people buy separate taps and a separate shower unit but it would cost me more money to change this so needed a combi tap taps and shower. The ones you buy in B&Q and Screwfix are no good. No power in the water and really only for rinsing the bath out. The gentleman in Soaks got his catalogue out and looked up a powerful one for me. Just to let you know I'm really happy with it and the power in the water is great. Highly recommend this company. I'll be back to you with any bathroom issue

We had been round a few bathroom companies but on arrival at Soaks Bathrooms Belfast we were very impressed by the showroom, its range of great quality products on display and, of course, the very necessary choice of tiles. We were attended to by David, whose knowledge of products and our requirements allowed him to present 3D layout designs with detail we had never even considered. We went off to consider our options, during which time, David was always available by email and phone to discuss and update. When all was agreed everything was ordered and delivered when required. There were a couple of mishaps; one was down to the Manufacturer/Supplier and so not the fault of Soaks, and the other was my own fault - both were dealt with very satisfactorily. I would like to thank Georgia, Colin and David for their friendly help and advice and I would certainly recommend visiting Soaks Bathrooms Belfast - and remember, it is not the same company as the online Soaks that you see advertised.

World class! Yes, I mean World class I have had the privilege of dealing with this company David over the past few months. When I reflect on Soaks and the Salesperson, David, I think of words such as courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and competent. Sometimes the world ‘professionalism’ is used rather casually. With Soaks, professionalism is clearly evident in the ethos of this excellent business. The staff exemplify their service mission in the very personal customer relations and advice. It is both exceptional and unusual to hear staff refer to their owner/boss in such glowing terms. Therein, I believe, lies the secret of Soaks’ success - mutual respect for each other and for the customer. A purchase from Soaks represents an investment in great products, local business and service par excellence. My advice...skip the ‘run-of-the mill’ bathroom suppliers or over-inflated, fashion tile companies and choose instead, to the five star option. Join the elite.

Couldn’t recommend Soaks highly enough ..... we came across them at the Ideal Homes Exhibition in the RDS last November and drove to Belfast to see their showroom as we were in the process of a build. We had the incredible fortune of meeting Eddie who is absolutely fantastic at his job. He designed four stunning bathrooms for us, suggesting things we would never have dreamt of and sent us the 3D graphics straight away so we could discuss the requirements with our builder. Our builder even commented on how great the designs were! Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they arranged delivery to the site in Co. Clare as soon as the builder needed them. When the items arrived each box was actually labeled as to which bathroom it needed to go to.... the plumber was very impressed by this as this is not standard practice with delivery. When finalizing the sale we dealt with Wayne and again his patience and expertise was fantastic! The quality of their goods is absolutely excellent and their prices were competitive. A visit to Soaks is an absolute must if you are renovating / building .... well worth the trip.

I was initially attracted to this company by the quality of their showroom with its many excellent sets and when I bought all the things I needed for two bathrooms, I was delighted with the service. The advice given was first class from Eddie Quinn who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. Delivery was timely and communication was great the whole way through. Would recommend highly.

Soaks supplied all our bathroom ware when we recently refurbished our home. I couldn't recommend them enough. Their service from the beginning was professional and transparent - all their prices were given to us at the first consultation we found other bathroom suppliers to be a little obscure in their pricing. On top of that we saved about 20% by going with Soaks!

Fantastic customer service and products to match!! We came across Soaks at the Self-Build show in Belfast which led us to visit the showroom. We were overwhelmed by the variety of products on display. Wayne and his team had a wealth of experience and invested a lot of time producing a range of 3D images for our 2 bathrooms and en-suite. We had a seamless experience from our first visit to our finished bathrooms and will definitely be recommending Soaks to our friends.
