I was so happy when I rang and spoke to Matthew. I had purchased 1 kilo box of the little organic potatoes and I found them to be bitter and had to cut bits of green off them. I had not kept the box so Matthew could not identify if the store I had purchased them from had had them for too long which can be the case . Even without this info, he made me feel so welcome to share my experience and is going to send me a nice new fresh box. I am very grateful.
