We decided to have our 5 years old girl party here. Great fun! Kids simply love it. Certainly a bit, memories that will last! Food was good, and staff friendly. Recommend.
Excellent place to practice sky and snowboard, everyone in there are really nice.
Our team from Modtec opted for our end of year Christmas Dinner here, a group of 27 people we opted for the Christmas Buffet and set ourselves up with a bar tab. The team at Snow Planet made it easy and were very accommodating to our needs. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and the food of which there was plenty. Would definitely return.
Went last night with a group - awesome set up but majority of the staff were incredibly rude and acted as if we were bothering them when we came to get gear or ask questions. I've never experienced customer service so bad.
Great place for children to have fun. Learn skiing in a controlled environment. Nice staff, could have done with few more crew members on the slopes. Good dining.
THE BEST SANTA EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! So much fun and "santa" was great very attentive and interactive. We ALL thoroughly enjoyed it! Would definitely do it again! THANKS SANTA!!!!!
Good fun for the kids and good way to learn before going to the snow. Did get quite crowded at times but, staff were all super friendly and helpful. Keep an eye out for grab one deals to as can get expensive.
