We did the Winter wonderland party package for my daughter’s 6 year old birthday party! The kids had a great time and loved the whole experience! The party room was gorgeous! This is definitely a fun place to visit if you're looking to gain some experience before heading to the big ski resorts! Highly recommend for beginner skiers/snowboarders.
Great first experience. It's pricey, but my daughters instructor MADDY was brilliant. We had a lot of fun & will be back soon!
Amazing experience having a refresher ski lesson with Richard. He was very patient and tailored the session to my level. Spent some time skiing afterwards which was also great fun. Well maintained slope and great quality gear hire at a reasonable rate. Celebrated my grand daughters birthday today. Awesome day. They were not taking booking but we ended up with the chalet room. This absolutely made the day. The food was actually really good and the service was also. It didn't start well but when the manager took over and helped our large group out it was all uphill. Thanks
Overall, it was a great place to practice during off-season. The park facilities could be a lot better. Prices are a little high. For what you get as it gets crowded fast, and having to avoid small kids learning near the flat ground is a little exhausting. Especially when trying to practice flat ground tricks. It's the only one in Auckland, but an expanded space would make this place exceptional.
The birthday snow sport package was such great value! The ski instructor was awesome with the kids and had them all independently riding within 10 minutes of the lesson. We also added the party food option and was really impressed with the selection and portions for each child - very important after all that skiing!! Highly recommend for a birthday party, and would definitely book again in future.

Enjoyed the 1 hour Family Pass at Winter Wonderland. Booking is essential during the current Covid environment. Get there early and give yourself plenty of time to get any hire gear and get changed. The kids and us adults really enjoyed the tobogganing and tubing. It's a good introduction to the snow and ice
