Snap Fitness New Brighton

It's been years since I've walked into a gym, after a lot of "looking around" for a good gym, close to me and work, I found snap on bower Ave. New brighton Christchurch. I loved the webpage so off I went after a few texts to "karta" , I meet karta she said she would do me a work out plan. whilst I was there i got a real homely feel about the place. Well set.out, good machines music mirrors etc. Two days later I meet up with karta today who walked me through the plan, which I was thrilled about she really nailed what I said I wanted to start on..... It wasn't too busy at 11am which was good for me. I'm pleased I've started with new brighton...I know here I'll be supported ...I honestly can't wait to get back tomorrow, to start off my plan.

I get to work out while my baby is nearby asleep, Waiver policy sighed off course.. friendly family orientated gym.. Friendly smiley service and members.. I feel at home

The owner is the friendliest guy you’ve ever met, he makes it his mission to know all of his members by name. The staff are all so knowledgeable and positive. And all the other members I’ve met are really welcoming! I’ve never had a bad time here. Absolutely love this gym, the space, diversity and the inclusive atmosphere. It’s a real community gem. Hands down the best in the area.

They do not respond to emails, they dont call when you sign up for a phone call, they dont answer the phone, they dont respond to voice messages and the door is locked which is understandable except when potential new members are trying to join and its impossible to get intouch which is quite disheartening to be honest. Can even get in touch to inform them of this so my only option is saying it here. I'm sure they are great once you are a member but becoming one is impossible

Been training here since I recently moved into the area and it's never too crowded, has a good range of equipment and is kept very clean! Overall great experience but, like any mainstream gym has terrible mainstream music lol... Wish they'd run a AUX ;

Amazing gym, facilities are really good, shower is even better than my one at home! Staff are so friendly and always so attentive and happy to see you around, best gym ever! Been to 4 different gyms in town before and this one is by far the best!

Over priced, sign up not explained. Want to cancel? Be warned you will be treated terribly and swindled out of more money than you thought possible. Really don't recommend. Lots of other gyms with better service, pricing and offerings

I really highly suggest this gym. It's really good. I just love their equipment. It's a good gym. If your after a good workout.
