Great atmosphere, clean and tidy space with a wide range of equipment! Friendly staff and other members are super respectful, kind, and polite.
Never been to a gym in my life. Didn't feel body shamed at all. Nice people.
A welcoming environment, with very friendly, helpful staff happy to answer any question.The staff ensure every client is happy with their programmes and know how to use all equipment in a safe manner. The entire gym is welcoming even before walking through the door, with excellent lighting, and parking. The staff ensure clients know they are safe as it is a 24hr gym and have a security system in place so there is no need for anxieties at 3am. Clean, fresh interior with facilities. Exceptionally clean !! And the equipment is the best of the best with audio visual screens which helps distract you when you think you can't finish another minute lol I can say this is "the best gym all round" that you would ever set foot into.
