Bought a vype refill pod, walked out, realised it was the wrong one, and was refused an exchange because i opened the box. Bearing in mind it wasn't wrapped in plastic so could have been re sold. The man then opened another, looked at it and put it back on the shelf. Same condition as the one I wanted to return. But that one was ok to re sell. Always used this place, but never again.
Disgusting..owner/worker smoking right outside the entrance..huge put off .. won't be going in there anytime soon
