Wow! New to Ashburton and went to Smoke. Friendly and courteous from the moment we walked in. The photo I've put up is my partners burger. Not a professional advert photo. That's what they look like and it was delicious. Everything was outrageously good!! Can't recommend Smoke enough.
The location, atmosphere suited our cowboy theme. The service, was friendly and accommodatingnThe continuous flow of yummy food was on point. Even for a few gluten-free people nWe had a nice space for the auction items. We only wished we moved the 2 big bar leaders back a bit to make more room on the dance floor. We will definitely be back for another event in the future. Thank you.nNot many photos to add sorry
Had the best BBQ meal ever. All meats were moist and delicious. The seasoning wasn't over powering, the sauce NOT stupid sweet that it tires the taste buds and each side dish enhanced one another cleansing the palette for a more meat, MORE MEAT, MORE EVERYTHING Rolleston Smoke is our next stop for their tender Beef cheeky cheek but I'm going to have to stop back at Ashburton for those amazeballz pork ribs, moist Brisket, succulent chicken wings and wowzah! the Mac n Cheese that flavour has made me want excited to get two helpings just for me next time and large everything coz there's nothing wrong with reheats the next day like I'm doing tomorrow for breaky. We were able to dine a group of 6 in Smoulder- the private dining/event space. Perfect for us as we have a guest recovering from concussion and loud noise is overwhelming, and for my husband to be able to engage in the conversation as he wears hearing aids and finds the main restaurant area too loud. Service was top notch and the food was fantastic.
Fantastic meal. Shared the roadhouse platter with my wife and it was the best brisket we’ve ever had. Good selection of wine, including an amazing zero alcohol which was great as I was driving. Really good value for money.
